Helpline Telecoms was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company in 2003. We are licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to operate in the downstream sector of the telecoms industry. The company is made up of two units namely; Helpline e-Services and Helpline Family.
Helpline e-Services is an Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) platform that targets hotels and retail outlets like supermarkets, eateries, filling stations, bookshops, cyber cafes etc. Customers on this platform have 24/7 access to: money transfer to all banks in Nigeria, sales of airtime (MTN, GLO, AIRTEL & ETISALAT), PayTV, and process of utility bill (DSTV, GoTv, Startimes, Swift, Spectranet, LCC Toll etc) from the comfort of their offices or retail outlets.
Helpline Family is an ‘open ended’ Closed User Group (CUG) service that avails users the opportunity to make unlimited calls to each other without having to load airtime outside the payment of a Monthly Service Rental (MSR). Helpline Family is presently powered by CDMA network called Visafone Communications.
